Shipping Locations
Productivity Prints currently ships within the United States only. Available shipping options depend on your delivery address and are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our products are 3D printed in small batches. Processing time includes any printing, inspection, and packaging needed before shipment. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items, including applicable shipping charges.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Any free shipping offer will show its eligibility requirements on our website or at checkout. Transit time begins after your order is handed to the carrier and is separate from processing time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
For shipments with tracking, we will email your tracking information once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking status.
Shipping Address Changes
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.If your package appears lost or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
