These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of www.productivityprints.com, operated by Productivity Prints (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before placing an order.
1. Using Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person’s information.
When placing an order, you must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to make the purchase and use the selected payment method.
2. Our Products
Productivity Prints sells 3D printed products made in small batches. Visible layer lines and minor differences in surface texture or color can occur during production. These characteristics do not excuse defects that affect a product’s function or cause it to differ materially from its description.
We aim to display accurate descriptions, dimensions, and photographs. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Please review the product listing for compatibility, dimensions, and included items before ordering.
Phones, pens, beverages, and other items used to demonstrate products in photographs are not included unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
3. Product Use and Care
Use products only for their intended purposes and follow any care instructions provided.Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, our 3D printed products are not intended for high-temperature environments, dishwasher or microwave use, direct food contact, or safety-critical applications. Keep products away from open flames and excessive heat.
Do not force modular connections or continue using a product that is cracked or damaged. Contact us if you have questions about suitability or care.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Payment must be successfully processed before shipment. Payments are handled through the payment providers available at checkout.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter the price of an accepted order.
5. Orders and Availability
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.
If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable inventory, a listing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate issue, we will contact you. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated shipping charges and taxes.
We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout.
Processing times, delivery estimates, and procedures for delayed, damaged, or missing shipments are described in our Shipping and Refund Policy.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed.
7. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Shipping and Refund Policy and applicable law. Please review that policy before purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not function as described, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess the problem.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content, including our branding, original photographs, text, and original designs, belongs to Productivity Prints or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected website content without permission, except as permitted by law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website, contact us, or place an order.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website uses Wix and third-party services for functions such as payment processing. It may also link to external websites.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Descriptions of normal 3D printing variations and product-care instructions do not remove your rights regarding defective, unsafe, or misdescribed products.

If you have a concern about an order or these terms, please contact us so we can work toward a resolution. This does not restrict your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business or website changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised date.
The terms in effect when you place an order will apply to that purchase unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
