Refund and Return Policy
At Productivity Prints, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us through our website so we can help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all parts and accessories. Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving those instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If we sent an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will cover any required return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. A refund for an affected order will include applicable shipping charges.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, are defective, or do not match the agreed order specifications.
About 3D-Printed Products
Our products are made using 3D printing, so visible layer lines and slight variations in texture or color may occur. These characteristics are not defects when they are consistent with the product description and do not affect the item’s function.
If a product does not work as described, please contact us.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Standard product orders can be canceled before shipment. Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun, as disclosed before purchase.
